TFDL (Task Force on Deep Learning) is a new task force under the Technical Committee on Neural Networks (NNTC), with the mission to study theory, models, algorithms, and applications of Deep Learning.
Description
The aim of TFDL is to study theory, models, architectures, algorithms, and applications (e.g., computer vision, speech recognition, natural language understanding, robotics, and bioinformatics) of Deep Learning. Moreover, TFDL promotes the organization of Deep Learning tutorials, competitions, special sessions, workshops, symposia within all major CIS-sponsored conferences, as well as special issues in the CIS Transactions. TFDL aim is also to facilitate the development and standardization of Deep Learning software and other related computational resources.
